The candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar IT role. You will be providing client facing support to our client base located around London.

You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to our clients, helping to diagnose problems remotely and if necessary go on site to resolve any issues. As well as the opportunity to be involved in projects such as Active Directory and Exchange Server roll outs.

Previous experience in technical or IT environment would be ideal. Candidate must be able to work under pressure, communicate technical information in written and verbal form, use own initiative and have a positive and flexible attitude.
